In a wonderful Australian film, “The Price of Milk,” a young couple
struggles with the concepts of work, value, commitment, selflessness
and relationship. All relationships are an energy exchange. As we sow,
so shall we reap. Children don’t understand where wealth comes from,
or milk. Growing up includes learning how to create a way to pay
for yourself in the world. The price of milk is determined by many
factors; besides cows, clean water, air and grass, it takes fortitude,
strength, foresight, love and help from Mother Nature to produce the
products that nourish us. Work is love manifested.
